Super fun in the spring, summer, and fall. Enjoy the songs of cricket and cicadas, and breathe in the fresh air of small-town Kansas. Steph's room is cooled by a window unit.

Equally close to downtown Lawrence AND downtown Topeka. Located on the 2nd story with 2 other guest rooms. If you need room for three, check out our twin bedrooms that can host 3 people. Porch, deck, pool and outdoor firepit available as seasonably appropriate. FOUR WHEEL DRIVE necessary during inclement weather.
