Restaurants, supermarkets; train station and buses will take you to Sheffield or chesterfield.

Only 3 miles away is the historic Market town of Howden with it's great range of shops, cafes and bars. Laxton is an ideal base for exploring East or North Yorkshire.

With its own private courtyard and outside fireplace there's a feeling of peacefulness inside and out.
