The Cottage is completely newly built in 2020 and designed to the highest standard. Well behaved Dogs welcome, we are happy to accommodate 2 dogs, please request if you have more than 2. Set behind our farm, completely private cabin next to a large well stocked fishing lake, (no additional cost to fish just bring your own rod. Catch and release using our nets). Beautiful countryside views, local walks, cycling, close to local villages and lovely country pubs. Idyllic setting with private hot tub, decking area and gas barbeque to enjoy lovely romantic evenings. Hot tub cleaned between every client with fresh water. Ideal for paddle boarding and kayaking( equipment not provided).

Historic York is an easy 40 mins drive and you can be in the heart of the Peak District within the hour. The hosts live in the main house on site so are available to answer any questions during your stay.
