With private access to the beach the cottage is right on the coast path and in beautiful countryside on our farm in Mid Wales. There is magic here with 400 acres of farmland to explore, although less than 5 miles from the University town of Aberystwyth so plenty to keep you entertained. Wether you come for the wild seas in winter, the fresh lambs in spring or the glory of the coastline in summer there is something for everyone. Incredible road cycling and mountain biking. Welcome, please note the tariff is based on 2 adults sharing a room. 2 adults requiring separate rooms should book as 3 people to cover the second room charge. Well equipped self contained flat. Private balcony. 2 bedrooms both en-suite, cots, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer, WiFi, SMART TV and DVD. Parking. Outdoor decking areas, barbecue and gardens. Separate guest entrance, come and go as you please. Please note that the extra guest charge applies to children age 3 and over.

Lovely holiday cottage in cliffside location, with spectacular views of the beach and Snowdonia mountains. Bright, spacious and well equipped throughout, sleeps 4 adults comfortably, both bedrooms are en suite. Fully equipped kitchen with french windows to patio & garden. Large comfortable and spacious sitting room with dining area and lovely sea views. Off road parking for 1 car and additional roadside parking available. Local amenities are a 5 minute walk in village of Borth.

Gwenlli Shepherds Hut

Here is our newly completed shepherds Hut -Gwenlli a welsh name that depicts the view of Bardsey Island on the horizon. Situated in a peaceful corner of our field, nestled in the hills above the small village of Talybont in Snowdonia. Overlooking cardigan bay and boasting panaramic views from the Snowdon mountain range in the north to witnessing a memorable sunset over the Lleyn peninsula with a drink in your hand whilst relaxing in the easy to use electric jacuzzi hot tub.

Rockside, stunning sea views, family home

Rockside is a stones throw away from the beautiful blue flag beach of Borth. It has been renovated to offer a stunning 3 bedroom holiday house with open plan kitchen and diner downstairs and a living room which opens out onto a balcony upstairs for breathtaking views over cardigan bay. It is within walking distance to local shops, cafes, restaurants and boutique cinema. You can enjoy the beach and coastal path on your doorstep or take a drive inland to nearby Aberystwyth.

Relaxing break near the Ceredigion coastal path

We have recently renovated a self contained annexe to a clean and comfortable place to stay. The annexe consists of a large open plan lounge & kitchen area, large bedroom, bathroom and an enclosed deck area in the garden. Please note despite airbnb overview making us look as if we are in the middle of a field, we are in fact on the side of quiet B Road. Train station in Bow Street is now open, a 10 minute walk away, we are happy to pick you up to save you the WALK!

Perfect for two people, you'll hardly want to leave the Little Cottage to stroll along the beach, gaze at the glorious sunsets or explore the quirky shops, cafes and pubs of Borth and beyond. Spend cosy evenings in front of the log burner or have a bbq on the terrace... the choice is yours. Whatever time of year you choose to stay you'll fall in love with the fabulous scenery of the Ceredigion coastline and views of Snowdonia beyond.

Cottage in Dol-y-bont, near Borth and Aberystwyth

A single-storey detached property, our cottage is set back from the road in a quiet hamlet with views overlooking open farmland. Bounded by a stream, the cottage is comfortably furnished and offers a double bedroom, large fitted kitchen, shower room and a large living/dining room with sofa bed (small double). There is a wide screen HD tv with DVD player, dvd's, books and games. Patio doors open from the living room onto a small patio area with garden furniture.

Stowaway on the cliff!

The Stowaway is located on the cliff in the beautiful fishing village of New Quay, right on the coastal path. Along with the spectacular sea views guests can enjoy relaxing on their private balcony whilst watching the dolphins play. Why not fire up the bbq provided for al fresco dining! With only a 5 minute stroll to the harbour and beaches guests can enjoy a variety of activities including wildlife boat tours, watersports and lovely reastaurants and pubs.

Maelgwyn,the house on the cliff by the sea

Our place is located on the cliff in Borth, with spectacular views of Cardigan bay. It is a 3 storey Victorian house, of which the top floor will be all yours; maximum 4 guests. The top floor consists of 2 bedrooms, a lounge room and 1 spacious bathroom. This accommodation would be suitable for golfers, surfers, ramblers or family gatherings. A complimentary breakfast hamper will be available for you to enjoy at your leisure

Cosy Shepherd's Hut

This delightful shepherd's hut situated on our smallholding in West Wales (lovingly built using low impact and reclaimed materials), offers a fantastic base to explore the nearby beaches, mountains and other attractions. The thoughtfully furnished interior includes a super comfy double bed, simple kitchen and cosy woodburner. Outside is a large decking area, your own unique walk in spiral shower and a separate compost loo.
