With direct lake access, lawn games, fire pit, Wi-Fi, gaming platforms, local golf courses and hiking trails, we have a little bit of everything. Rustic Lodge Countryside Getaway

Relax in our remote country cozy lodge complete with creaky floors and old hunting cabin feel with acres of outdoors to stroll past the ponds, trees and farm fields with wildlife galore. NO WIFI. If you are looking for luxury this is not for you. Close to the Horicon Marsh for birding and sight-seeing, Horicon ledge for hiking, Lake Winnebago for boating and fishing and a short drive to AirVenture in Oshkosh. Beautifully Updated Lake House

Come relax in this beautiful lakefront home, fully renovated in 2025. A lawn leads to 110 feet of private lake access with a dock on Beaver Dam Lake. Fire pit with seating and complimentary firewood to enhance your outdoor experience. The main living area is open-concept, with the kitchen leading into a dining and living room. The upstairs and downstairs living room has gas fireplace. The home offers five bedrooms, including two with king-sized beds, and accommodates up to 14 guests.

Charming Lakeside Cottage

Don't waste your weekend driving when Serenity Cottage is only an hour from Milwaukee or Madison. This charming lakehouse has beautiful views and a private island. Both the cottage frontage and island have firepits. 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, and a pedal boat are included in the rental. This property is a 4 minute walk from the Sinissippi Lake Pub which has indoor and outdoor seating. Downtown Hustisford is only a 2 minute drive and offers restaurants and shops. Serenity awaits!

Dogs Stay Free! Lakefront Bungalow with Dock

Sleeps 3 with a king bed plus sofa bed, eat-in kitchen, and full bath. Private dock and 2 kayaks (summer season) right outside your door. Pet friendly with no pet fees — bring your dog along! At 600 sq. ft., it's the perfect lakeside getaway for couples, small families, or solo travelers looking to unplug.

The Shack

Enjoy 73’ of Beaver Dam Lake Shore. This 3 bedroom cottage is located right on the water front. The Shack can accommodate 6 people comfortably. With a comfortable and quiet interment, this is the perfect spot to fish, enjoy the lake and wildlife, socialize around a campfire, finally read that book by the lake while the sun is setting, creating lifetime of memories. This is what The Shack Cottage can provide for you. Not suitable for parties or loud gatherings.

Marsh Haven by Fieldview Estates

One of the few remaining private properties left on the edge of the Horicon Marsh, Marsh Haven provides a stunning view, great bird watching, and easy access to public hunting land, bike and hiking trails, and more. Stay in a spacious farmhouse for fun and relaxation. *Please be aware this home has hard surfaces and steep stairs that may not be suitable for children under 4 years of age* Private land is not available for hunting, please use public land nearby.
