The villa consists of two floors 50sqm each with a private courtyard of 150sqm with garden and pool. Ground floor: One bedroom with two single beds A living room with a fire place An open fully equipped kitchen A bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer Upper level: One bedroom with a queen size bed and balcony One bedroom with two single beds A bathroom with shower Courtyard with garden, pool, dining table, BBQ and pizza oven Our guests have access to the entire property. I always be available for my guests. The home is set in the historic old town of Rhodes, next to the medieval city wall. Its location feels serene and secluded, but it’s just a stone’s throw away from a variety of traditional restaurants, charming bistros, shops, and landmarks. The villa is located 25 min by car from the airport and a walking distance (15 min) from the harbor and City Center. In a very close proximity to taxi station and bus station. You don’t need to use a car. The villa is located in the medieval (old) town and car access is not allowed. Although it is only 2-3 min walk from the free parking area, it is not necessary to have a car. You can walk or use the local transportation and taxi. Don't hesitate to ask if you need any further information. The villa is fully equipped and you have to worry about nothing. There are supermarkets in a very close proximity. The restaurants serve food till really late at night. Enjoy your stay!

A cute house very close to the sea... The house is in Zergülkent Sitesi, Bogazici, Milas. You can walk to 2 different beautiful beaches in 5 min. It is around 35 min drive to the Bodrum Center, 25 min to Milas and 20 min to Bodrum Airport. We have grocery stores in 5-10 min drive. Our house has 3 floors with different entrances. We are renting 2 of the flats. This is the first floor. We are mostly present on the middle floor and we try our best for your comfort and wellbeing. See you:)

Simple but elegant, it can accommodate visitors with interest in the culture of a place as expressed through the local craftsmanship; and it will be a great pleasure for us to help them discover Symi in the best way.
