The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. Surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants, this property is perfect for people who like being in a bustling environment and want to enjoy real life in a seaside town! This is an interesting house, with an ancient footprint and very modern interior. It is built over three floors and is a 35 second walk to the river - we counted!

Shuttaford - Modern Rustic Barn in Dartmoor Valley

Shuttaford Barn is a recently converted barn on a 16thC Dartmoor farmstead on the edge of the moors next to Holne and Ashburton. It is the perfect spot to explore the wilds of Dartmoor National Park, walk along the beautiful River Dart or head to the many South Devon beaches for the day. Or just relax in the peaceful surroundings of the barn and its garden. In summer months we generally do Friday to Friday bookings. Please message us if you would like to book alternative days.

Smugglers Cottage

A peaceful and picturesque 4 bedroom thatched cottage, situated on the banks of the river Dart in the beautiful South Devon village of Dittisham. At high tide you can enjoy sailing to your door (or paddle boarding!) and fishing from the terrace. At all times of day, and in all seasons, you can take in the comings and goings of boats, canoes and the fantastic local wildlife, including the inquisitive seals who sometimes pop up right by the terrace to get a closer look at guests!

Parking for 6 vehicles to the front of the property and an Electric car charging point is available and is charged for via an App. Close to golf course and beaches
