This is a newly renovated spacious private apartment above our home’s garage with a private entrance. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and closet, a full bathroom with tub/shower, a kitchenette, and a living room. The Living room futon converts to a sleeper sofa that sleeps one. Only smaller pets under 50 pounds are allowed with small added fee.
