Only steps from the house is the path leading to the beautiful sandy beach. This is a single lane path. There is also a parking lot at the beach, less than 5 minute drive. The Beach House

This stunning house sits on a bluff directly above the ocean. Sit in the living room with a 180 degree view of the ocean, hear the waves as they roll in, watch birds of prey land on a cypress tree, and deer, foxes and other wildlife forage on the hill. Occasionally, see a whale or dolphin swimming off shore. At dusk, watch the sun set as you make dinner in the fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances. Later watch the moon and stars come out as you relax to the sound of the waves.
