A comfortable large sofa bed chair in the living room, flat screen smart TV, fast wifi and a dinning area that can be used as a study/work table. A fully equipped kitchen, queen size bed in the bedroom, a clean bathroom stocked with towels and toiletries. High roof with ceiling fans, extra standing fans, dehumidifier & large louvre glass windows for air circulation.
