Situated in the heart of Devon, Bridge Cottage is a traditional cob cottage nestled on the banks of the river Torridge, on the edge of the picturesque village of Sheepwash. The 2 bed / 2 bath cottage offers a homely rural retreat for up to four guests – a relaxing space at the end of an active day, or a tranquil place to simply escape. The property has its own cottage garden as well as a private riverbank woodland from where you can fish - or relax by the water and watch the local wildlife.

Gooseland Cottage sits on the edge of the River Tavy, close to the village of Bere Ferrers, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to Dartmoor National Park. A bird watching haven - egrets, swans, geese, avocets, osprey, European roller (2023) and this year ... a sea eagle! Masses of walking trails and cycling.

• Beautiful Brixham harbour & sea views from both bedrooms • Just 1 minute walk to the waterfront, cafés & restaurants • Full of character with exposed beams and stone walls • Quiet, hidden location right in the heart of town • Two private patio spaces for relaxing outdoors • Private parking space included nearby on harbour quay (not suitable for oversized vehicle) - the space is CCTV monitored, under a streetlight and can be seen from the cottage. This small camper fits but only just.

Blackberry Cottage is a 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished into a beautiful cottage for modern living. The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a booking fee of £60.
