The kitchen seats eight and is fully stocked (minus the groceries) – coffee pot and air fryer, too. Don’t stress over packing or going home with dirty laundry. You can wash and dry as many loads as you’d like.

This is a perfect spot for the Fishermans with our long driveway for your Boat. If you're here for weekend getaway, family reunion or passing through, this location is for you.

We welcome you and your family to our home away from home. The Cottontail has the comforts of your home with lots of room for fun. Only ten minutes from town, this quiet and peaceful getaway sits in the country surrounded with nature trails and wildlife. It is a short drive (30 minutes) from Crossett, Monticello, Lake Village and a little over an hour to Greenville, MS and Monroe, LA. There is plenty of opportunities to explore and enjoy all this area has to offer.

The Shotgun Shack ❤️ of MS Delta

This Shotgun Shack is a genuine cypress board and batten shotgun shack. Construction of the cabin dates back to the late 1920’s, after the Great Flood of 1927. The shack was move to the property and has undergone a complete restoration. It has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Situated behind the antebellum Burrus Home a.k.a “The Baby Doll House”, near Benoit, MS. There is a gas station in Benoit that sells beverages and snacks but no grocery stores.

This cozy 1 bedroom apartment with a fire/place also has a Sofa Sleeper for extra guests. This apartment is located within a few feet of a Local Restaurant and Bar for convenient dining and an evening cocktail. It also has an onsite car wash available for a quick, after road trip cleanup.
