Welcome to the Curator’s Penthouse—a maximalist sanctuary right across the Arboretum. Perched on the top floor of the secure Park Gate gated community, this isn’t just a place to sleep; it’s a private gallery experience. With over 46 paintings, a library of vintage Reader’s Digest books, and a golden monkey keeping watch, this is Derby’s most interesting stay overlooking the historic Derby Arboretum (England’s first public park).
