This is a Classic Derby weatherboard home, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath. It is comfortable & designed to be a home away from home, fully equipped with everything you would expect to find in your own home and more. It is located 950m from the start of the Blue Derby MTB Trails. The house has been set up for MTB'ers in mind. Suitable for Families, small groups & is also pet friendly. It has a bike garage to lock MTB's in overnight, an outdoor hot/cold shower, undercover BBQ and a private large rear deck.

Trailhead House Derby opposite the Pump Track

Trailhead House is the CLOSEST house to the trail head where you can relax on the large front verandah and still have a clear view to the trail head, pump track, suspension bridge and right up Main street without even getting out of your seat. The house is 3 bedrooms and set up to sleep up to 6 people very comfortably. Bedrooms 1 & 2 can be 2 x single beds or 2 x king beds, Bedroom 3 is a king. It features an open plan kitchen, living & dining room all heated by a new freestanding wood heater.

Esplanade Trail House is back on Airbnb! We can’t wait to welcome you back to Esplanade Trail House! A renovated house in the centre of Derby located in a quiet setting overlooking the Ringarooma River. The house is 100m from cafes, MTB shops, pizza restaurant and pubs, and 200m from the doorstep of the MTB trails. The Derby Bank House is in the centre of town, walking distance to eateries, brewery and the iconic floating sauna. This old fashioned style Heritage listed Bed and Breakfast sleeps four people and includes 2 queen beds (four poster), a grand lounge room, Wi-FI, TV, record player and reverse cycle AC. The entire floor from Main Street level is offered as a suite with no kitchen or laundry facilities available. Self contained cabin is a seperate listing No children under the age of 14 years.

Trail View is our special spot in Derby. Historically steeped in the mining past, our bedrooms look out of lead light sunray's to the moss laden forest below as does the deep bath with unlimited hot water for bathing and showers. A relaxing , tranquil and private home with everything we need to revive the senses after an adventurous day on the trails. The wood burning heaters and fire pit circle provides us a cosy area to gather where stories are told and memories made.

THE CEDAR HOUSE DERBY

Cedar House has recently had some upgrades including a new bathroom. It is centrally located directly behind the bike shops and cafes located on Main Street in historical Derby. Perched high on the block the views from the deck are magical with the Ringarooma River below and the Blue Derby trailhead in your sights. A great base to discover the many bike trail options on the doorstep. If you are after comfort, convenience and location then the boxes are ticked!
