Marion Lake Vineyards Tree House

This tree house is a cozy place to unplug. Guests enjoy private beach access to Marion Lake just across the road. This is an off-grid stay with an outdoor shower below the house and a chic outhouse a short walk from the front door. There is no WiFi, making it easy to disconnect from screens and reconnect with nature. The kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, sink, and coffee maker. Meals are cooked outdoors on the propane grill, ideal for slow mornings, sunset dinners, and relaxed lake days.

3-Bedroom home on Marion Lake in Richville

Enjoy beautiful Marion Lake and relax in this fully renovated and well stocked lake cabin. From the comfortable furnishings and spacious kitchen, to the gas fireplace and back patio, you can feel like you're at home while watching the gorgeous sunsets just feet from the lake. There are kayaks, a paddleboard and lots of floaties available for use. The kids will love the large beach area and catching sunnies, crappies and bass right off the dock. A Bennington pontoon is also available to rent.

Tree House

The Tree House, an upstairs dwelling, is in a peaceful setting. A unique topography supports numerous species of wild life including nearly 200 species of birds. The Tree House is located near the head waters of the Mississippi river, Tamarac National Wild Life Refuge, Detroit Mountain Recreation Area, golf courses, casinos and North Country Trail. A full kitchen and a comfortable indoor setting makes a lovely getaway. The rock fire pit is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

The Maynard Cabin, a Civil War era log cabin

The Maynard Log Cabin was erected by a homesteader after the civil war. We have moved and restored it and made it available for rent. It is off the grid, but it has a complete functioning kitchen, wood stove and sitting room downstairs. There are two antique beds with new mattresses upstairs. There is no electricity but the cabin is furnished with kerosene lanterns. The bathroom facilities consist of wash basins and outhouse. The cabin is surrounded by 40 acres of woods and meadows.

Relax and enjoy the beautiful view on Marion Lake. This cabin, nestled in the western shore, is the perfect getaway for anyone looking for peace and quiet, gorgeous sunrises, and fun on the lake. Guests enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, propane grill, fire pit, kayaks, a dock, and swim beach. If guests decide to go out, the Perham area offers a variety of attractions including shopping, hiking, golfing, and dining. Come unwind, life is good on the lake! (Available year round.)

The Haven

The Haven is a perfect getaway for the whole crew! Located in the lakes area in-between Vergas and Frazee (about 10 minutes from Perham) this newly renovated gem has an open space downstairs and upstairs. Spacious bathroom, big gather room, open bedroom concept, and laundry room. Winter time favorites in the area include snowmobiling, skiing & snowboarding, ice skating, ice fishing, cross country skiing, and bingo nights at Billy's Bar in local town of Vergas.

This 2-bedroom 1 bathroom escape is our family cabin that we invite you to enjoy. Come experience what living on the water is like. This 2-bedroom 1 bathroom is our family cabin, and we invite you enjoy it as much as we do. You can take in the views from every room in the house. Welcome to Dead Lake Haus! A private cabin in the woods built in 2022. The cabin is on 14 acres on Dead Lake. There is 710 feet of hard- sand beachfront- with about 40 feet cleared.
