An ideal base for exploring North Wales, Snowdonia and the coast, with many attractions and seaside towns within easy reach. Enjoy a tranquil stay surrounded by nature. The site has a no-music policy, with quiet time encouraged after 11pm. A car is essential due to our rural location.

Plas Derwen Country House Bell Tent Camping

Welcome to Plas Derwen, rustic and charming camping. Our Maihatt Bell Tent is alongside our traditional Welsh stone barn, will give you a comfortable and memorable experience of camping under the stars. The Bell tent and barn are within a private and secluded area, close to the forest and stream. No other tents are on the site, it is exclusively yours for the length of your stay. Bring bedding / sleepingbags towels & drinking water ,there are4 single air beds in the tent.

Pre-Pitched fully equipped 6 man ready tent

Our Pre-Pitched Family Tent offers hassle-free camping for up to 6 guests. Fully set up and ready for your arrival, this spacious 8-man tent includes comfortable beds, a carpeted living area, covered porch, cooking stove and essential camping equipment. Enjoy outdoor seating, optional BBQ hire, a fully equipped communal camp kitchen and luxury heated shower facilities just a short walk away. Perfect for families seeking comfort, convenience and countryside adventure.

Rhosyn Prospector Castle Tent

Our new Prospector Castle tents offer you the chance to stay on or off grid, this is a more traditional style of camping, without the hassle of packing away a wet tent at the end of your stay (this is Wales after all!) Including a wood burning stove, the rest is up to you – bring with you what makes you happy! PLEASE NOTE: Remember to bring your air/camp bed with you – these are not included. If you wish to use the electric hook up, you will require a camping cable.

The Swallow

The Swallow is a treetop camping experience in a Stingray Tentsile tent, sleeping up to 3 people. Accessed via a raised log platform, it offers comfort and adventure among the trees. Max 100kg per person; agility is required. Suitable for supervised children and can be under 5's unlike the other tree tents. Bring a blanket or mat (not inflatable) and extra layers for warmth. Wake to birdsong in the canopy— Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape.

Dee Valley Yurt

Set on the peaceful banks of the River Dee, just a gentle two-minute walk to Llangollen Bridge and the heart of town, our luxury riverside yurt offers warmth, comfort and calm. Nestled within a private one-acre riverside garden with fishing rights, fire pit, BBQ and quiet seating areas. Dog and child friendly, with a fairy garden, treehouse and trampoline. Includes your own fully equipped kitchen and private plumbed shower room. Groups by arrangement.

The Sparrow Hawk is a two-level tree tent with a hammock base enclosed in fly netting—ideal for relaxing or storing gear.
