Come to beautiful Delaware County and settle into serene and comfortable surroundings for a restorative getaway in any season at this lovely Bovina cabin. Enjoy the hot tub, wrap-around deck, firepit, and pristine pond on 8 acres of rolling hillside property. *Notes: While our Air BnB Plus photo shoot was taken in winter, the cabin is a fantastic year-round respite, beautiful in every season. Also - each adult beyond 2 is $25 per night, but we do not charge for children, so do not include kids in your guest # (but let us know). Inside this 2- bdrm Catskills cabin, you'll find an open living/kitchen space with comfy couches and wood stove. Outside, there's a wrap-around deck with grill and hot tub. The cabin sits mountainside on eight beautiful acres of meadows, forest, a fantastic swimming pond and a fire pit. Swimming pond, deck, grill, fire pit, outdoor hot tub, wi-fi, and great local dining and festivals. Nearby farm stands, hiking, skiing, fishing, golf, tennis, and low-key town pool (in Andes). Amazing beef cattle are just down the road, so if you'd like some for the grill, we can put it in the fridge! We live right up the road so are readily available to answer all of your questions and provide whatever we can to make your stay memorable. The cabin is on Bramley Mountain in the beautiful town of Bovina Center. Neighboring farms offer organic veggies, grass-fed meat, cheese, and milk. The town also has top-rated Catskill dining, including Brushland Eating House, Table on Ten, and the Mountain Brook Inn. We're three hours from NYC by car. A beautiful ride! Buses also run regularly from Port Authority to nearby Andes or Delhi, so if you don't have a car, we're happy to pick you up. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed and 1 full bed), blow-up bed, games, books, DVDs and video streaming access.

We’ve meticulously restored this country cabin with new amenities, a modern aesthetic and blazing fast Fiber optic WiFi. Franklin is an amazing location for exploring the West Catskills and includes many breweries, restaurants, hiking trails and antique shops. We’re 3 miles outside Franklin, 15 minutes from Walton NY and 30 minutes from the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, NY.

The newly-renovated Hamden Inn dates from the early 1840s. It contains two separate units, providing an ideal retreat for small or large groups. Enjoy activities like hiking and fishing plus the antiques, stores and restaurants in nearby Andes, Delhi and Bovina. The quiet town of Hamden is a relaxing place to unwind and this upstairs apartment is designed for long term stays. The inn is just a ten-minute drive from conveniences including a pharmacy, grocery store and a weekly farmer's market.

Our beloved property is perfect for couples needing to escape the city, decompress and deplug. You're minutes to charming Delhi and other Catskill villages, with nature all around, and our canoe ready for you. We are happy to welcome your doggies, but not your cats due to allergies. Please note that cabin has a kitchenette, not a full kitchen. Looking forward to hosting you!

Tucked up in the hills outside of Oneonta, this property is convenient to the baseball tournaments, but enjoys the quiet of the country. This home is set in a private setting with room to roam in the large well manicured yard with a stream running through the middle of the property. Guests will be able to gather together in the open concept kitchen, dining room and living room area and share many memories. This 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home is waiting for you and your family.

Brushland's Owl Nest

Feeling all at once close to town center and yet completely enveloped in mountaintop thicket, this idyllic perch above Bovina sets the scene for many a cozy adventure - snowshoeing and fireside cider in the winter, and outdoor showers, hiking and porch hanging in the summer. Please note: We do have a two night minimum on weekends and a three night minimum on holiday weekends. We happily accept one night stays on weekdays. Excited to have you here!

If you are looking for a secluded place to escape, you've found it. This Private Log Cabin is on 47 Acres with a spectacular view down the valley in the Catskill Mountains. Just outside my home town of Delhi, 18 minutes to Maple Shade Farm (it's a great place to get ready fo a wedding), 25 minutes to Cooperstown All Star Village and 42 minutes to Cooperstown's Dreams Park. I hope you find it as relaxing as I do.
