Traditional house in Patrika one of the medieval villages of south chios specialy constructed for the collection of the mastic.Dating back to medieval times, fully renovated in 2018 with respect to the traditional architecture. Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. Built in two levels, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an attic with double bed, a terrace with view to the sea and the mountains, and a balcony to the village square.

Our cave villa comes with sentimental value as it belonged to our grandmother. Dated back to 1920's brings a great heritage. The villa was totally renovated in 2015, transforming a traditional cave into a luxury residence following faithfully the unique cycladic architecture with exceptional modern esthetics. The villa consists of two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a dining area and a small kitchenette. It features a heated plunge pool and an upper terrace with panoramic view over Caldera.

On the 1st floor, the apartment of Captain Nicolas named from the initial owner, built with stone and natural materials. With its wide veranda [40m²] and the irresistible combination of stone - exterior and modern - interior, it accomplishes the perfect mix & match of the local traditional architectural style with the most modern touches. It is made up of two bedrooms, the first one [14m²] being carved in the heart of a Santorinean rock, with a concrete bed, commodes and a TV set, and the second bedroom [12m²] featuring a black iron bed with commodes.
