you will have this private, quiet guesthouse all to yourself ..14' ceilings and a 25'x10' balcony to sun on....it comes with 2 free beach passes, and a beach cart with 2 chairs and umbrella......you may have stayed in my front house with the peace sign, now, I am offering my rear guesthouse, originally built in the 1800's as a barn, this redesigned building with 14' ceilings was completely rebuilt in 2003 just 4 blocks from the beach. It is walking distance to everything.

Wake up and smell the ocean! My place is great for families or groups of close friends. This apartment is fully renovated and features 3 bedrooms, 1 and 1/2 baths, and in-unit laundry room. Street parking is scarce in the summer, but this rental comes with one on-site parking space! The location is perfect, its a two block walk from the beach and boardwalk and just under a mile to Cookman Avenue!
