Charming and stylish studio, Queen size bed. 2 burner kitchenette. Spacious bathroom with supplies. This location is on Daytona beach, close to Ormond Beach. Near by is fabulous shopping, dining, and entertainment. The Studio faces the ocean. This is a direct ocean front studio. Indoor & outdoor north pool are currently open. Sauna and gym are open. We have beach access to the north side of the building via the public access ramp. Temp parking is next door, south side behind white fence.

While our unit does not boast a direct ocean view, the **proximity** to the beach can't be beat! Note: Our unit is modern and trendy, but the building is old and from the 1960s. We maintain a smoke-free space but there may be residual smoke odor in the hallways due to individuals smoking outside

If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay and enjoy the best Daytona has to offer, look no further! We are a 10 minute drive to the closest beach access, 15 minutes to the speedway and 3 minutes to Pictona pickleball club. This studio has everything you could need for a weekend retreat or longer. Great for staycations or as a work-from-home alternative. It comfortably fits one or two guests. Queen bed. Due to owners allergies and asthma, we are unable to host any animals.
