Our charming 2 bedrooms/1 bath duplex is located in central Davis.. Within walking distance (15-20 minutes) to downtown Davis and UC Davis depending on destination. It has internet, a comfortable king sized bed and a full sized bed . A large dinner table and a fully functioning kitchen (no dishwasher). The bathroom is stocked with toiletries. There is a washer/dryer. We might be flexible with check in/out time. Also if there are blocked dates, we might be able to open them, please ask.

Our separate, private one-bedroom guesthouse is located in the back of our redwood tree-filled backyard. This is an animal-free property due to monthly guests, friends & family with severe allergies. No exceptions. No Emotional Support Animals.

There is one parking space available on the premises for this suite and a private entrance with self-entry. Private entrance. Wall shared with garage; not with main house.

Equipped with Wifi, Netflix, Hulu, x-box and DVD player. Off-street, covered parking makes unpacking and packing easy.

Vineyard stay on Great Bear Vineyards, homestead

A rustic homestead, built in 1860, set in a beautiful vineyard and farm. A very simple dwelling, with old and antique furnishings. It does have electric lights and a small bathroom with a shower, but that is about the last modernization this old homestead has seen in the last 160 years. If you are looking for a quiet get-away with no kitchen and no TV, where you can listen to the birds sing and squirrels play on the roof, then this is the place for you.
