Beautifully built farmhouse cottage tucked away with gorgeous views minutes to downtown Salisbury and I-85. Enjoy the rocking chair front porch overlooking sprawling wooded acres and farm. One bedroom with a king bed and full bath and the other with a twin over full size bottom bunk bed. Fully stocked with all the necessities & more! This property shares 17 acres with a main house located approximately 250ft from the home. We are on a farm with guard dogs, therefore, no pets no service animals.

Enjoy true lake-life at our spacious house taking in the beautiful lake view from the 620 sf porch or sitting at our private pier. Sunsets right in front of the property and is directly across from goat island. Either rent a boat locally, or bring your own boat and jet skis, using our boat launch.
