The flowing creek adds calmness to the surrounding nature. It is equipped with a bedroom with 2 queen beds and an extra queen bed foam. The living room has (2) daybeds that could also serve as sleeping spaces. There is a spacious T&B and kitchen (w/ ref, rice cooker and small burner, kettle and and dining utensils for guests’ use).

Nature is generally at play in the entire place where sunset is visible at full view. Mountain view is evident where Mt Apo, the country's tallest peak is visible at a close range. The House is equipped with basic functional spaces and has spacious areas. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet. Evenings are cool and breezy.
