BlueHaven Retreat at BlueHaven Bed & Breakfast

BlueHaven , your host Amanda hopes you enjoy a peaceful relaxing atmosphere , with many extras , breakfast is provided & a choice of an evening menu that gives you the choice to stay in and relax( at least one weeks notice is required for meals )Set amongst Beautiful Gardens, horses fill the surrounding paddocks, very friendly farm dogs, cats, Billy the goat, Rupert & Rosie our resident Babes. We also cater for gluten-free and dairy free diets. Sleeps 4-6 guests 2 guests sofa bed L/ room.

The Barn

15 minutes from Tamworth, the property’s 40 ha countryside provides activities such as bushwalking, exploring & hiking. The Barn includes a queen bed, bathroom & separate living area with lounge, dining & self-contained kitchen. It features a cooktop, microwave, fridge, coffee machine & cooking essentials. Tea, coffee, bread, cereal & spreads are provided for breakfast. Heating & air conditioning ensures your stay is pleasant. Onsite parking is available. A portacot is available upon request.

Studio Daruka

Studio Daruka is surrounded by Australian bushland, just a 5-minute drive from Tamworth's CBD and a 2-minute drive from the Hospital. The recently renovated studio is an ideal retreat for a single person or a couple. The studio has a living/bedroom area with one queen bed, a sunny kitchen, and a new bathroom. There are cafes nearby, a marsupial park, and the main town has plenty of historical places to visit. **MARCH 2026** Pool and Sunset Deck @ Main Residence are currently under renovation;

Gorgeous Country Woolshed

Enjoy a relaxing stay in a woolshed that is over 100 years old! Located on our 100 acre property, the woolshed is distanced from the main residence so you can enjoy the privacy and peace you find on the land. Property features: Full Kitchen, Large living/dining area, Tv/wifi, Ceiling Fans in living area, newly built sleeping quarter and bathroom w/queen bed & reverse cycle. Uber/Taxi available, 16KMS to CBD. *Fire place is not functional. Strictly adults only, no pets, no guests/visitors.

Kumbogie Cabin

Kumbogie Cabin is an eco friendly (off grid solar and battery) private retreat situated on a working sheep farm. Nestled in a secluded location approximately 900m from the nearest dwelling, access is via a dirt track and a couple of gates. It is located at the base of the farm's surrounding hills it has stunning scenery, natural bushland and an abundance of Australian flora & fauna. The cabin itself is perfect for any couple looking to have a romantic getaway. Thereis a no children policy.

Fully self contained unit on rural acreage only 15 mins from centre of Tamworth. Off street parking. Located away from main residence so privacy ensured. Main bedroom has a walk in robe. Spacious lounge room. A double sofa bed. 65 inch smart TV in lounge with foxtel. Main bedroom has a 50 inch smart TV. All kitchen facilities and a BBQ. Sofa bed is fixed as of 31/3/24. Pets are not to be left unattended in cottage. Enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine and a couple of beers on arrival.

The Bothy

Enjoy uninterrupted views of the Great Dividing Range in this restored 50-year-old cottage, a mere 10-minute drive to the bustling regional city of Tamworth. The Bothy is thoughtfully designed to encompass everything you need for a cosy and peaceful stay. Two bedrooms each boast a Queen bed, with quality linen and towels. WFH with fast Starlink Wi-Fi, snuggle on the couch with Netflix or kick back with a local brew around the fire pit under a night sky blazing with stars.

Smokey Cape Retreat

Our couples retreat includes a high-end featured house, sleeping only two, on a luxurious King Bed. Enjoy a couples shower overlooking some of the most beautiful scenery including the Great Dividing Range or a relaxing afternoon bath on the deck while enjoying a drink and the beautiful colours of the New England sunsets. On a chilly evening, enjoy each other’s company with the backlight of flames from the firepit, or exploring the galaxy through a telescope.

The "Reynella" Hut

"Reynella" is a restored and well appointed hut with breathtaking views on 100 acres. This charming, light filled hut is a studio (10 minutes from central Armidale) providing a warming space to relax and unwind with a sense of peace and privacy. You can take a stroll down to the river on the property (keep your eyes out for our resident platypus!) or explore the Blue Hole Swimming area and Gara Gorge being a short two minute drive from the hut.
