It's a few minutes off I-10, 15 minutes to Fairhope, 15 minutes to Downtown Mobile, 45 min. to Pensacola, 55 minutes to Gulf Shores. The condo complex is right on the bay. You're a short walk from amazing views of the bay. This studio is cozy and complete with everything you need to relax. Two full beds, and two twin beds, as well as a futon, and a sectional couch. Relax on the large deck attached to the house overlooking the river with a grill and plenty of seating for entertaining. Downstairs has a small fenced yard and pier for swimming, fishing, or lounging. Pets are welcome with a pet fee, but they must be approved prior to your stay.

This is a 1br 1 full bath apartment. It is on the second floor unit B. It is located downtown in the historic "DETONTI SQUARE" district. Very quiet with beautiful old homes and large oak trees. It is only 4 blocks from lively 'Dauphin Street' with all of the restaurants, bars and other activities. 1car max parking on property. Parking on street in front if needed. There is a self check in box at entry door, open and remove key. (You have to re-punch #’s to close the lock box door).
