La Baita sul Lago si trova nell'antico borgo montano di Trobbio a 950 mt di quota con una incredibile vista sul Lago di Como. E' una piccola baita con tutto il necessario per passare degli splendidi giorni lontani dal caos e dal rumore della citta', completamente immersi nella natura e nei suoi ritmi. Il lago e' raggiungibile in 20/25 minuti di auto, cosi come il supermercato. La Baita si raggiunge a piedi in soli 3 minuti dal parcheggio, lungo un comodo e pianeggiante sentiero in terra battuta.

La baita si trova in una posizione unicamente isolata ma facilmente raggiungibile, un equilibrio raro che regala privacy assoluta senza rinunciare alla comodità. Intorno, solo il bosco, il profumo della resina e una vista mozzafiato che si apre sulle montagne come un quadro che cambia con le stagioni. Vei găsi aici un spațiu confortabil, plin de lumină și cu o energie bună. Dotat cu cadă freestanding, ciubăr ofuro privat inclus, terasă exterioară si vatră pentru foc. A cozy stone and wood chalet with amazing views of the Apennines, surrounded by nature with a large garden where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

Cabins situated in a quiet location on the campsite. Maximum occupancy of 2 people. Accommodation made of larch and pine wood with a double bed made of solid wood, under which there is a space for storing clothes and belongings. Bed linen provided, heating and electrical outlets. Small porch outside. Shared external bathroom (approx. 50m away), parking space approx. 100m away. Free Wi-Fi. Hairdryer available at the reception on request. ONLY one small-sized dog under 10kg allowed.

Circondata da sentieri escursionistici e piste ciclabili,ad un'altezza di 700m,con una vista mozzafiato verso Sud-Est e' il luogo di partenza ideale per scoprire la Val Chiavenna o semplicemente per rilassarsi circondati dal silenzio della natura che in questi posti fa da sovrana.
