Hill Studio

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This former Architect’s studio has been set up as a one bedroom guest house. It is a wonderful spot to relax and snuggle up next to the fire with your favorite book, beverage, or a special someone. The studio is very private with only the trees or maybe a visiting moose to see in. We are 30 min. to Ragged Mountain and Newfound Lake. We have a friendly dog and preapproved well-behaved pets are welcome. An all-wheel drive car is needed in winter.

Although attached to the primary home, you enter from your own covered patio and have the suite entirely to yourself. The bedroom has a queen bed, compact bathroom with shower and pleasant sitting area for two. A relaxing atmosphere with a morning coffee amenity!

Hollow Hill - Cabin in the Woods

Hollow Hill is a lovely cabin in the woods with over 4+ acres of old farmland, with crumbly stonewalls full of memories and fields galore to explore. The cabin features a main room with kitchen, dining area and living room, full bath, downstairs queen bedroom and upstairs loft with both a queen & twin bed. The cabin comfortably sleeps 6-7 and features HTV, WIFI, and stereo with an array of cds and dvds. Located close to New London & Ragged Mountain Ski Area, Hollow Hill is sure to delight!

Our house is perfect for folks who want to enjoy the best of both worlds - skiing, snowboarding and snowmobiling in the winter and kayaking, hiking, fishing, biking and pickleball in the summer. Just 2 miles from Ragged Mountain Resort, 15 min to Newfound Lake , 20 min to New London and 35 mins to Meredith . Danbury bog is just across the street from the farm great for kayaking.
