Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space in the heart of Dallas! We have guest accommodations behind our home with close proximity to White Rock Lake, SMU, the arboretum, and downtown! Take a morning walk down the street and visit a historic horse stable or close the drapes, sleep in and relax! The space has a bedroom with a queen bed and a hideaway sofa bed in a safe and peaceful neighborhood - you might even see peacocks! My work studio is upstairs (used 10-3pm M-F) but I’m very quiet.

In accordance to City of Dallas ordinance, my fees include 7% occupancy fee. Airbnb automatically charges 6% for Texas occupancy fee and their service fees.
