Fannie's Place

This tiny home is on the historic home site of Fannie Mennen and the Plum Nelly Clothesline Art Show. She even named the road. The home is brand new, artfully decorated and has 1 double bed, 1 bath, a sleeping loft with 2 twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. The view is from 2000 ft elevation and looks into the valley and across to the mountain again. There is civil war history on the property. There is a 100 ft drop so guests are asked to not stay here with young children.

Lil' Haven - Lofted Bathtub with Unmatched View

Perched high on the brow on Lookout Mountain, our pet-friendly tiny house is packed with luxurious features and is surprisingly spacious. Lil' Haven is the perfect place to get away after a day in Chattanooga or a hike on the mountain. It’s a short drive down or along the mountain to best restaurants and state parks. Enjoy a meal out on the deck admiring the view, relax in the soaker tub, or simply sink back into the bed and stargaze through the skylights.

The Barn Guesthouse on Lookout Mountain

The Barn Guesthouse features a modern take on the rustic, cabin aesthetic. Enjoy serene views of the forest from the tall windows with high ceilings and skylights providing space and light. The home is nestled in a peaceful neighborhood with a small community feel.
