L'appartamento si struttura in 3 piani, al piano terra vi sono l'ampio soggiorno con cucina, il bagno con doccia e la camera da letto matrimoniale; al primo piano vi sono 2 camere da letto matrimoniali e un bagno con doccia. Da una delle due camere si accede al terrazzo al secondo piano. Tutte le camere sono climatizzate. La struttura vanta di un'area di fronte all'ingresso con ombrellone, tavoli e sedie. La piscina è aperta tutto il giorno ed ha una zona acqua bassa ideale per i bambini.

The villa is located only 3 km far from Castellammare del Golfo and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with tub and shower and a laundry room, large dining room, a kitchen and a very large and beautiful Heated swimming pool with hydro-massage . The swimming pool, with a beautiful view on the sea, is always open but it is heated from MARCH TO NOVEMBER. it works very well when the outdoor temperature is more then 15 degrees.

Casale Castelluzzo

Charming Sicilian country house with a private pool, surrounded by nature and equipped with all modern comforts. Just a few meters from the main street of the village, 2.2 km from the sea, and only 9 km from the famous tourist destination of San Vito Lo Capo.
