It's a 30-minute walk to the beach, 25 minutes to James Street with all the bars and restaurants and 5 minutes to Stockland's Shopping center. The Hillside Retreat in Tambourine Mountain is the ideal getaway with breathtaking views of the Gold Coast and the hinterland, with an outdoor swimming pool, a heated spa, garden and bbq facilities. Enjoy the calm and tranquillity of the mountain with trails to hike, while being a few minutes' drive from the distilleries, wineries, Gallery Walk, Skywalk, National Park, Botanic Garden, fine eateries and a golf course. Quintessential 1960's Aussie beach shack only 80 metres to Currumbin Creek. The creek offers swimming, kayaking, fishing and Stand Up Paddle boarding (SUP). This coastal style modern beach shack offers a bedroom with Queen bed and on request- a 'bunk-house' with up to 4 beds (child / teenager single size beds) for the kids. Close to the famous Currumbin Beach local restaurants, and shopping centre. Kayaks and SUPs can be rented at the Boatshed on the creek nearby. Pet friendly on request.

IMPORTANT: Please note this is not a party house respect the 10pm noise curfew. Please contact me if you need to discuss this. You'll have the entire upstairs of this classic Queenslander. It is on the top of the hill and always gets the breeze but there's ducted air con if you need it. The house is light and airy with antique furniture. There are views from most windows. Four bedrooms, two toilets and two showers. The large deck is great for evening drinks and BBQs.
