What we provide- ~linens and towels ~cookware and servingware ~kitchen basics ~soap and shampoo ~starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and garbage bags ~the coffeemaker is a standard drip machine, filters provided ~the grill is propane, though there is also a charcoal grill for your use (byo charcoal) ~firewood, BYO kindling Rental Rules ~Check in is 4:00 PM-10PM / Check out is 11:00 AM -a fee will be charged for late checkout ~No Smoking in or near the Skoolie ~Dogs are allowed, with $40 Pet Fee ~No loud noise or parties ~Absolutely no UTV's, ATV’s, Trailers, or Camper Cancellation Policy 85% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 14 days before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 7 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after. No date changes allowed within 7 days of arrival. Please note that no exceptions will be made to the Cancellation Policy, and that we strongly suggest purchasing Trip Insurance that would cover last minute cancellations due to illness or other unforeseen emergencies.

Glamp in vintage style in this 1963 Avion camper. Ettie has been completely remodeled, honoring her old school vibe but adding modern touches. Comfy mattresses, a retro couch for lounging or sleep, smart tv, & plenty of electric outlets will make your stay a great one. The patio with enclosed outdoor shower, lounge & cooking area, fire pit, picnic table just for 2 are all waiting for you to make memories. Take note: Ettie is small! Be sure that you'll be comfortable in the space before booking.

Luxury Airstream Stabled at Clearly Hidden Acres

Pristine 23 ft. Airstream Globetrotter travel trailer tucked into a working horse stable and home to three horses. Cozy and intimate interior features memory foam twin beds and full trailer-width bath. Located on a seven acre equestrian property that also features a natural pond/pool for guests, located in a fenced area around the property's cottage (also available on AirBnB). The stables and horses are attended to daily, so you'll likely interact with family on the property during your stay.

The Magnolia House RV #5 is a 2022 Olympia RV that sits on the left side of The Magnolia House that sits on the White River between Gastons and the State Park in Lakeview, Arkansas. This RV has a queen bedroom, a bunk bed with 2 twins, and a table that converts into a bed. It easily sleeps 4-5. Families love to book RV #5 and #6 together as they sit close to one another. Also, the 4 units in The Magnolia House can be rented for large groups to enjoy (check for availability). Fully Furnished.

A great place to unplug and get away from it all! The Happy Camper includes a covered outdoor kitchen area, a firepit and additional beds in the adjacent cabin. The location is located nearby numerous outdoor gems including the Black River, Taum Sauk, Mountain , Sam Baker State Park, the Ozark Trail and mountain biking areas. The property has a year-round creek flowing through it to enjoy and explore. The adjacent "Cabin on the Creek" is also available to rent if you need more space.

Luxurious Glamper, Hot Tub, Fire Pit, Lake View

Enjoy luxury camping on a working cattle ranch. The Rancher Glamper overlooks the lake and hayfield. There is a beautiful view with a private setting. The Glamper is a luxury camping experience, with hot tub, fire pit, outside dining with charcoal grill. The Ranch has WiFi, walk in shower, queen size bed, smart TV with Netflix and surround sound, washer and dryer. We also have the Ranch Hand Glamper located on the ranch, if you are traveling with another couple.

Hot Tub, Silver Bullet Tour Bus

The Silver Bullet tour bus is a renovated, themed 1973 MCI Challenger Bus. Step back in time to the 1970's... spin your favorite tune on the record player, disco ball included. The mirror tile on the ceiling of the bed room will make for an unforgetable evening. All of this while enjoying nature and swimming in crystal clear 12 mile creek, complete with shutins and nature trails. After exploring Fredrock enjoy and nice soak in the hot tub!

Pine Valley at Dillard Mill - Avion / Airstream

Stay in a vintage 1970 Avion, cousin to the Airstream within walking distance of Dillard Mill. Two clawfoot tubs await you for a relaxing hot bath or shower while absorbing the view and serenity of our farm. Enjoy your time on the private deck, fire up the grill, and finish the evening around your own campfire. Sleeps up to 4. Pets, up to two, are welcome for an extra $50 per stay. Self check-in and out for added privacy.
