Set on private farmland on an elevated site, The oat box provides a luxurious haven of peace and tranquility to escape from the world for a little while. Our 1968 Bedford TK Horse Lorry has been lovingly converted into guest accommodation for 2 adults using repurposed materials to create a cosy, welcoming hideaway. It is the perfect base to explore the panoramic North Coast of Ireland with its many tourist attractions. There are a great selection of restaurants and quality coffee shops nearby.

This is a one bedroom self catering apartment that sleeps up to four (use of an IKEA sofa bed,) in sitting room. Will suit families, student travelers, business clients needing accommodation for that early business meeting, bikers for the North West. Desertmartin mix just 4-5 miles, all kinds of travellers from all backgrounds. Seamus Heaney Centre approx 6 miles, Sperrin Mountains within 5 minute drive. Dogs welcome but limited to max of 2 and you must book these at time of booking yourself.

Magherafelt has some of the best sporting facilities on the Island of Ireland, including a 50 metre pool, large indoor arena, running track and 4G pitch. Magherafelt has excellent restaurants and entertainment. The town enjoys a wonderful central location within Northern Ireland, with comfortable access to all regional attractions.

Charming cottage in historic Gracehill village, dating back to the 1800's, which has been lovingly restored, is full of character, with modern amenities. The comfortable living room has a working open fire, leading to an eat in kitchen which is well equipped and opens onto an enclosed patio. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and a family shower room. Centrally located between Belfast and The Causeway Coast, this unique property is an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area.

Cosy two bedroom traditional Irish cottage. Bedrooms accessed off the living room with its farmhouse style range cooker. Master Bedroom: dressing room and cosy king-size bed. Bedroom Two: 2 double beds, a very spacious and bright room with 2 windows overlooking the garden. Kitchen is traditional and has all mod cons and dining space for 6 people. Bathroom is at the rear of the cottage and has an electric shower over the bath. Outdoor garden and parking space is at the front of the house.

On your door step, we have The Jungle, ideal for family activities or even hen/stag weekends. Visit Davagh Forest and test your skills on one of Irelands best mountain bike Trails. Explore the shops and boutiques our local towns of Magherafelt and Cookstown has to offer Then experience our many pubs , clubs and restaurants.

Enjoy a peaceful staycation in the heart of Mid Ulster in our custom-built Shepherd’s Hut, perfect for two. Wake to the gentle sounds of the river, take in views of Slieve Gallion, and unwind in a cosy, colourful space tucked away in a serene setting. ✨ Weekend stays include full use of our wood-fired hot tub. 🌿 Midweek stays are offered at a reduced rate, with the option to add the hot tub for £35 per stay. A place to slow down, switch off and enjoy the beauty of Barfield.

The Hen House @ Bancran School

The Hen House is a quirky, corrugated Tiny House retreat with a comfy double bedroom, kitchen and cooking facilities, a private hot tub, and daylight-attracting gallery windows that showcase the Sperrin Mountains to absolute perfection! Spend the evening taking in the views whilst relaxing in front of the Danish Morso stove or enjoy the communal Gin Tin facilities with BBQ. The Hen house is at the rear of Bancran School our family home and in a quiet area.
