Godetevi le due ampie terrazze con vista mozzafiato, la doccia esterna e l'accesso alla spiaggetta segreta di Grillone tramite una scalinata privata. Quattro posti auto privati completano questa oasi di relax. Vivete un'esperienza unica in un luogo incantevole!

Tropea - appartamento sul mare nel Centro storico

Tropea è la perla della Calabria. Un posto di mare bellissimo dalle acque cristalline. L'appartamento è sopra la più bella spiaggia di Tropea con splendida vista sul mare azzurro, a 10 minuti da Capo Vaticano e vista sulle Eolie al tramonto. E' in pieno Centro Storico, vicino a ristoranti, spiagge, vita notturna e trasporto pubblico. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: atmosfera, gente, quartiere, spazi esterni e luce. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e gruppi.

Superb location in the charming “centro storico”of Tropea on top of the cliff overlooking breathtaking views of the Tyrrhenian sea and the iconic church of Santa Maria del isola and Tropea beaches as well as the Aeolian islands. The apartment was recently renovated and takes place in a 16th century ex-monastery. It has 3 terraces, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining space area. La casa ,su 2 piani,è così composta: al piano terra ampio ambiente con cucina, salotto con divano letto e bagno di servizio con lavatrice; al primo piano 2 camere matrimoniali,una camera con letto a castello e bagno principale. All'esterno grande giardino con portico attrezzato con seconda cucina , barbecue, tavolo da pranzo . E' presente inoltre un locale lavanderia/spogliatoio e una comoda doccia.
