Op werkdagen vinden tussen 08.00 en 17.00 uur bouwwerkzaamheden plaats, waardoor u op het balkon mogelijk geluidsoverlast kunt ervaren. Daarom bieden wij de woning tijdelijk aan tegen een gereduceerd tarief. De werkzaamheden zijn naar verwachting eind september afgerond.
