This luxury converted Bedford tk horsebox is sited in the meadow of Little low Haugh, just 0.9 miles from Morpeth.With stunning panoramic views of ancient woodland enveloping the quiet little spot it sits in. This classic Tk has been described as a cottage on wheels, with handmade furnishings, hot shower, wood burning stove, gas hob, and lighting throughout. The sleeping area is a double bed with luxury bedding. Firewood is provided as well as fire pit with all BBQ equipment. Hot tubs available.

The Carriage is set on tracks where the original line ran through Ullock on the fringe of the Lake District National Park, with the river Marron running below. This is a very high spec brand new campervan costing over £45000 This vehicle has a thermostated heater similar to the one you use at home. It even works when your not on a campsite, ideal for those cosy winter nights. Our insurance is valid for ages 23-75 with a driving licence held more than 2 years unless not from the UK (see countries listed below).

Surrounded by miles of footpaths, bridleways and moorland, there are walking, cycling and riding options in every direction. Nearby rural pubs offer delicious local ales and fantastic food. Or cook up something tasty over the firepit grill, then enjoy a drink on the raised deck in the evening sun.

Archie offers a nostalgic space for unwinding, there’s only Archie - no other pods or huts near you. Facing southwest there are lovely views. Archie has a double bed, en-suite shower room and toilet, kitchen area with hob,microwave, fridge, fold out dining table and underfloor heating to keep it cosy. Additionally outside there’s a kitchen area, bbq , firepit & seating.

At the end of a wooded lane, through a farm gate, two 1930s cargo rail carriages recovered from the North East Railway have been transformed into cosy retreats at Lockhaugh Farm. Carriage No. 1 is one of four unique rentals, uniquely positioned where Tyne & Wear, County Durham and Northumberland converge. Wild swimming, fishing, cycling and endless walks are just beyond the gate. Star-filled skies, owls, deer and badgers await.
