Black Point Surf Club is within 2 miles of 3 very popular beaches, and more. You will have the benefit of an included beach pass to Scarborough beach where you can Surf all day. Enjoy being set apart from the hustle and bustle of the a beachfront rental but close enough to enjoy it thoroughly. When the Surf is flat you are 20 minutes to Portland and Old Orchard Beach. You can also use the knowledge of your host for the best restaurants, bars, and ways to set sail through your Maine vacation.

Watersrock Woods Tent Site #3

This site is mostly surrounded by a 6' berm and offers some nice privacy. There is plenty of room for 1 - 4 campers and 2 vehicles. There is a path that leads down to a brook that abuts the property and old tote road (great for hiking) and there is a 1/4 mile dirt road that leads to a river, great for wading, fishing, tubing, etc.. Public swimming holes within 10 minutes in any direction. Waterboro - Ossipee Lake Limerick- Boyscout Island Newfield - Rockhaven (Amazing) Cornish - Long Pond

Point Sebago Resort- Glamping Tent

'Glamping' - also knows as glamorous camping in style - it captures the glam by bridging the outdoors with memorable luxury. This is most certainly camping without the 'roughing' part. Access to resort amenities included (May 1 to Oct. 15). This luxury tent is furnished with a king bed, a bunk bed with a double bottom bunk, linens, pillows and blankets, a coffee maker, coffee mugs, microwave, small refrigerator, and a sink. Each tent has an electric fireplace, air conditioner and a bathroom.

Ridgeline glamping site

Ridgeline is a glamping site nestled in the woods about a 1/3 mile from the farm entrance. Perfect destination to get away and enjoy some peace and quiet while taking in the beauty around you. Equipped with a 12'x12' tent with deck, queen bed, small kitchenette, picnic table a fire pit with outdoor furniture and a loo. A composting toilet and handwashing sink is on the way in to the site. There is also a screen tent and a large 6 person tent available that we can set up by request.

Glamping on the pond at Maine Mystic Gardens

Welcome to the cavas bell tent stay, an elevated camping experience with comfort and appreciation of nature in mind. This glamping tent is nestled in the trees facing Frog Pond, where you will regularly see many varieties of birds, and just off the main road so you have ease of access. The bed is memory foam so you can sleep much more comfortably than your normal camping experience with a view of the pond from the bed and a view of the treetops and stars above you as you sleep.

Cozy Canvas Bell Tent

Follow the mossy path behind the barn to a canvas tent nestled in the corner of the historic property with acres of conservation land to explore. A winding trail brings you along sparkling streams through the fern filled forest. Relax by the crackling of a fire surrounded by blueberry bushes and wilderness. The tents interior is cozy and comfortable. Lighting, linens and literature make for a space ready to relax in. Although this is a modest campsite it has the essentials.
