Charming 2 bed 1 bath home nestled back off the street in Des Peres. The home has 3 Queen Beds. It is a short walk to tons of shops, banks, restaurants & quick access to highways. We are just minutes from the West County Mall & 2 grocery stores. We are about 20 minutes to almost anywhere in St. Louis. There is an additional charge if there are more than 4 guests (6 max). This is an older home for the neighborhood & could use some updates but is very comfortable & priced accordingly.

You will have the entire lower level of our home. We live in the upstairs or first floor of this home. It is equipped with a private balcony, full kitchen, dining area, living room, one bedroom with a king bed, and one bathroom. The unit is located above our detached garage in the back of our property. There is also a patio area with chairs and a firepit that is open for use. Street parking is readily available. It's roughly a 15-20 min walk to downtown Kirkwood.
