Perched 15 feet up in the Tennessee woods, The Treehouse is where you come to celebrate something — an anniversary, a proposal, a birthday, or just the fact that you finally stopped. Hand-built by Amish craftsmen with an 1848 front door and 100-year-old stained glass, it pairs a cast iron claw-foot tub for two, a king bed, and a private hot tub under the stars with full access to a sauna, cold plunge, and more. 1 hour from Nashville, 15 minutes from Cookeville. Raspberry Cottage is a quaint cottage. It has a large yard and places to walk your pets. Inviting front porch with rocking chair. The inside is decorated in farmhouse style. With repurposed creations here and there. This little house will give you a unique experience! Desk . Free WiFi. TV and VHS tapes. Dinning-room, seat four. Lovely kitchen. Bathroom with a laundry room off from it. Back porch and a small room off the porch with dog beds, feeder and water. Driveway with ample parking.

Sunrise Mountain Cabin

Welcome to Sunrise Mt. Cabin is located on top of the Cumberland Plateau with a great view of the valley check out our 2 other cabins Patriot's Retreat & Sunrise Mtn Treeshouse. The cabin has approximately 1400 square feet and is fully furnished with full kitchen and more. Hiking trails and fishing pond only a short walk away. Several major state parks with hikes within a few miles of the cabin. The cabin has fiber optic WiFi which is not shared. Pet cats not allowed; we are allergic.

Hemlock Cottage - An enchanting place to stay!

Hemlock is a quaint cottage nestled in a forest of Hemlock trees! The porch is a tranquil spot where you look out over the the woodlands beyond. While you relax on the porch keep a lookout for wildlife which include whitetail deer, turkey and foxes. At night, turn on the bistro lights that hang in the trees and enjoy a relaxing evening in the woods by a fire. Watermore cottage is located next door if you are looking for more room, you can rent both cottages. Pet fee of $30 max 2 dogs.

The Restful Retreat

This beautiful ranch style brick home sits on 24 acres of mostly wooded property. From the front porch you have a wonderful view of Hinch Mountain. There are 3 beds and 2 baths with a large open kitchen and dining room. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer and additional playroom and mud room. There is an additional outdoor space converted from an old barn into a hangout space with a porch swing, dining table, string lights, grill, and extra seating. A fantastic place to relax!

The Hideaway - Private Mini-Farm Retreat for two

A quiet, private mini-farm retreat designed for couples looking to relax, unwind, and enjoy the outdoors—pets welcome. Enjoy open space, fresh air, and a peaceful setting where you may see the mini cows grazing and wandering nearby or the ducks swimming in the pond. This is a relaxed, comfortable space, best suited for guests who want privacy, nature, and a slower pace. Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Due to livestock, dogs must be leashed outside at all times for everyone’s safety.

Our centrally-located tiny home is just 2.5 miles south of I-40 & a few miles from restaurant row & TTU. Burgess Falls state park & Window Cliffs State Natural Area 5 miles away. Cummins Falls 11 miles. Cookeville Boat Dock Marina on Center Hill Lake 9.5 miles (kayak/canoe to Fancher Falls from the marina). Our family of 4, along with numerous cats and 3 dogs, lives here on 3 acres, so there’s plenty of grass for your pet(s). Quiet, relaxing atmosphere to rest.

Elevated eco cabin overlooking a beautiful stream.

An elevated camping cabin that sits on a cliff edge with commanding views of beautiful Byrd Creek. The platform is approximately 450 square feet with power, mini fridge and Bluetooth speaker. It does not have a kitchen or bathroom. There is a large common area with a bathhouse and outdoor kitchen less than a minute walk away. The cabin does not have air conditioning, but several large ceiling fans and insulation keeps the cabin comfortable in summer.

Dalton Farm-quiet, country setting w/ fishing pond

Welcome to the Dalton Farm! Located 1.5 miles from Peavine Road exit off of I-40 and 7 miles from Fairfield Glade Golf Resort in Crossville. Farm is very private and has been in the family for 50 years. Guests will have access to a pool room, laundry room, full size kitchen and fully stocked fishing pond (no swimming)! Near to many local restaurants, antique shops, hiking and golfing communites! Property is perfect for your next family getaway!

The Lake Escape

The Lake Escape sits near the Emory River providing a great place for boating, fishing, swimming, or relaxing on the wrap around deck. There is a public area with boat ramp about 1 mile away. You can experience day trips such as hiking, golfing, ATV (Windrock Park located 18 miles and 30 minutes from Historical Brushy Mountain Prison (tours & dinning). Roane state college 20min. Long term renter's welcome.

Hannsz Hideaway

Same place with a new exterior look. This has now become an active family farm that requires land and livestock maintenance on a daily, you may hear a bit of noise during daylight hours, unless it’s a holiday weekend when my kids visit, those weekends can get a lot louder. I have been trying to keep my kids quiet for nearly 38 years…..if you’re a parent, you understand.
