100+ year-old historic parsonage moved onsite in the mid 80s. A homestead for many years, now home to Front Porch Market - a cheese, ice cream and antique shop and vacation rental. Please Note - this is an apartment on the 2nd floor of the building accessible via exterior stairs. 3 bedrooms featuring a king and 2 queen beds, clawfoot tub and tiled shower, full size stove and refrigerator as well as beautifully sitting area - original hardwood flooring. This private cottage offers you access to the snowmobile/ATV trail, & is only a short trek to the sandy beach of Lake Noquebay. The cabin is only 3 mins to groceries, Kwik Trip, & downtown Crivitz; yet still secluded in the beautiful woods for a wonderful getaway! It is the only residence located on a scenic 20 acre lake abounding with frogs, turtles, muskrats, ducks, geese, & eagles. Enjoy the tranquility from the large lakeside deck or roast marshmallows over a fire in the private outdoor firepit. No pets.

(Separate Contract) Cornhole boards, fishing rods, paddle boat, 2- kayaks, 2 adult size bikes. Fire pit is available, NO wood provided. Take a walk down to Slippery Rock! Then walk through the park a little further for some rock jumping! Our family enjoys Chute Pond and everything it has to offer.
