The H2O Weekender is the ultimate beach teeny tiny 120 sq ft house equipped with modest amenities. An adventurous pair will enjoy the H2O glamping experience. Opt for the secluded Crescent Beach to the East or the Atlantic Intracoastal H2Oway to the West, a perfect spot to drop-in a H2O craft or sea a spectacular sunset via the Green Street boat ramp. Upon booking the H2O Weekender a 5.0% Tourist Development Tax will be collected in addition to your booking rate imposed by St. Johns County.

Salt Springs Soulful A-frame Retreat

Do you love to play in nature but still have our creature comforts? This A frame in the Ocala National Forest is the spot. There are 2 springs both 5 minutes from the house, Salt Springs & Silver Glen Springs. Beautiful Juniper Springs, Silver Springs and Alexander Springs are all a hop, skip, and jump away. This fully loaded A frame is stocked with a shed full of fishing gear. Mosey down to the boathouse and try your luck fishing right in the backyard at the canal.

Palatka Arts and Crafts Bungalow c.1925

This is a historical Arts and Crafts home built in 1925 located a block from downtown Palatka, Florida. The location of the home is semi-commercial. The neighors have teenagers and are sometime known to play loud music and present as teenagers. Palatka is a rugged town with areas of distress and has taken longer to recover from recession. It has been identified as one of the poorest counties in the state of Florida. However, the people are quite friendly.

The Ollie Vee in Crescent City

The Ollie Vee is located on a quiet cul-de-sac of 4 homes. Trees dripping with Spanish moss, wandering wild turkeys, a pair of nearby eagles, and a view of Crescent Lake complete the mood. The "meow" call of the local peacocks is heard throughout the neighborhood.... with a few sometimes roosting in the trees in the yard. The house is just a short walk to restaurants and city boat ramp. Looking for a peaceful place? The Ollie Vee is it.

This is a place for those who love Old Florida with an abundance of beautiful live oaks that provide a natural shady “Hammock”. Our space is a Bohemian paradise, a place to sit and relax or enjoy the many nearby adventures. Feel free to use the available bicycles and take a quick 5 minute ride to the beach. Ask us about the kayak or surf boards available for nearby water activities.

Bass Capital of the World

Plenty of fish in the 2nd and 3rd largest lakes in Florida, both within 15 minutes of this "Fish camp". Catch Bass, Crappie and Stripers on the regular, in this neck of the woods. Don't fish? Go to a winery, brewery, or an antique shop. There are plenty in the area. Two bedrooms and one bath boast rustic, fish camp style decor with all the comforts of a resort.
