Enjoy all the comforts of home while visiting Kilgore in our well appointed and conveniently located home (with attached two car garage) which features a wood burning fireplace as well as a covered front porch and rear patio dining area complete with gas grill. There are two full bathrooms and plenty of closet space. Nearby is Kilgore College, Synergy Park and Meadowbrook Park (3-4 minutes) each with shaded walking trails. Longview and LeTourneau University are just 15 minutes away.

This is a 552sqft apartment within our home. It has a completely private driveway and entrance and secure locking interior door between units. One of the features we think you'll most enjoy is the spacious shower with all the hot water you could want! The kitchenette is ready for a bit of cooking if you like. In addition to the King bed, the sofa folds into a bed suitable for an older child or young adult, and a twin mattress on the floor is available upon request.

Tiny home/Cottage with an Alpaca experience.

We have a tiny home with one bedroom and bath. The sofa is a love seat and pulls out as a twin bed. WIFi and dish Tv. The WiFi is fiber Optium We love feeding animal crackers to the alpacas and donkey. They will let you touch them if they are in the mood. But still lots of fun to feed. We have 5 alpacas and one donkey. We have the animal crackers for you to feed with.
