This stunning home was designed by Sundial Studios Architecture & Design, and was featured both within Dwell Magazine (google: wabi sabi weekend cabin) and the NY Times (google: haiku of a home). This 3 bedroom 2 bath cabin was developed in response to the beautiful landscape it is placed within and is surrounded by forest and wildlife, overlooking a pond. The Shingle Gully Cottage is located on over 40 acres of privately-owned land bordering Sam’s Point Preserve. The cottage is located on the outskirts of Ellenville NY. The town is situated at the base of the rolling Catskills within the Shawangunk valley. Within the cottage, there is a pellet stove that will be lit on chilly nights upon request.
