Nobel NookNobel Nook is named as such due to the history of the property. Sir Geoffrey Wilkinson (Nobel Peace Prize winner) once resided here. The property has been sensitively restored over the years with its 1853 heritage in mind. stone floors, high ceilings and decorative features remain. The basement apartment style has followed suit and has undergone a full renovation in Spring/summer 2019.

Best views in Cragg Vale (the longest continuous elevation road in England and famous for cycling, having been part of the Tour de France route). Close to Hebden Bridge, Halifax including Shibden Hall, Ted Hughes & Bronte country and much more. Fantastic walks on the moors and up to Stoodley Pike from the doorstep. Cottage includes everything you need for a luxurious stay (N.B. we don't charge cleaning fees in addition to the nightly rate).
