Relax & take it easy at this newly remodeled and tranquil retreat. Enjoy the peace of being in the country right on a 17 acre pond stocked with bass, crappie, bluegill & catfish. Yet just 15 minutes from everything you could need. Fish all day, sleep in, create happy memories at the fire pit, enjoy the treehouse OR go out & explore the great many things to see & do in this area! This house is perfect for 2 couples but we will take up to 6 guests. Added fees for the 5th & 6th guests $25 pp/pn.

Visit Peachtree City approx. 20 mins from the Atlanta airport and another 10 mins to downtown. Trilith Studios is nearby, as is shopping, restaurants, and public parks. Tastefully decorated and furnished. Cooking utensils, pots and pans, Keurig, toaster, washer & dryer, towels and linens, TVs in Family room & Master bedroom with a King bed, no spa, & 3 additional Queen bedrooms on first floor. Access to a second floor bedroom with four twin beds is available to groups booking at least 8 guests.

Close to great shopping: Ashley Park, Newnan. Cancer Treatment Center 10min Callaway Resort and Gardens 45 min Up to 2 guests permitted. No parties. No unregistered guests. The home is conveniently located less than 10 minutes to hwy 85, walking distance to downtown Newnan, 2 minutes from The Train Depot in Newnan and a short 15 minute drive from the home of The Walking Dead in Senoia. This bungalow has been completely renovated in a modern farmhouse style. This home sleeps 10 and great for larger groups.
