This unique newly constructed all electric 525 sq foot elevated structure offers a wrap around deck for an ever changing view. King size bed & new technology foam offers complete comfort in separate climate controlled bedroom. Heated bathroom floor is a “warm” surprise. Optional seasonal outdoor shower for the adventurous. Kitchen lacks nothing tucked conveniently in the great room.

Valley View Farm Retreat

Stay at a barn with all the modern comforts. Kids born 3/25/24. Views in three directions. Watch the sun rise or view the stairs at night. Amish made cabinets with quartz counters. Kitchen stocked with pans, dishes and utensils. Sheets and towels provided. Located in the countryside yet still just 15 minutes to Watkins Glen or Corning. Downstairs we have a small herd of goats that you can visit. Join us for evening chores or arrange a time to meet the goats. Apartment 1.

Tioga County Base-Camp - "Black Bear Hollow"

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin. Our cabin is ideal for a quiet get-away for hunting, hiking, shooting, snowmobiling, ATV/UTV riding, fishing & star gazing. The cabin is located in an area only accessible via dirt roads. It is about 1 mile to the northern boundary of the Tioga State Park; where exploring is wide open and snowmobiling is permitted in winter. If you want a quiet escape this is the place for you! Our retreat is part of an old 100 acre farm that has 3 ponds you can fish in, hiking trails and woods that you are more than welcome to explore. You will enjoy star gazing from the view of the front yard! An OFFSITE cabin to our Potter County Family Campground.

Spacious! Light & Lovely Chateau

This airy vintage home on the outskirts of the quaint town of Mansfield. The dream living room has a dramatic two story wall of windows! We normally ask for two nights- however, if you need one night ask & you can possibly snag this lovely place for one night! Light & Lovely Chateau is close to all of the favorite destinations in the northern tier of Pennsylvania including Mansfield University. We try to ensure guests have a wonderful experience!

Forest Cabin in Stargazing Field

Olga Farm is an absolutely lovely place in the heart of the Pennsylvania Wilds. We have a private stargazing field where we host tent campers. Our Forest Cabin is a step up from that in that you don't need to worry about a tent, but it's still essentially camping. Breath taking sunrises, a lovely organic garden, acres of forest, & dark skies at night round out what makes for an unforgettable experience!
