This self contained space is part of our family home in popular Stoneybatter but has its own entrance so you will be in a family home but with the added benefit of being self contained. This entrance area/Hall has a Kettle, Coffee Press, table & chairs. The room has a triple bed perfect for a couple or a family with young kid. Sometimes 3 adults. U18 must be accompanied by a parent. This is a unique opportunity to see the sights of Dublin City whilst staying on a Nature Reserve with the peace and quiet that has to offer. The Cottage is 10 seconds from the beach and 10 mins from Dublin City Centre by car or 20 by bus. There are wonderful walks on the island and also several excellent restaurants within walking distance or use the bikes for the 10k cycle path around the bay! THE LOFT - Naul

A tastefully converted spacious loft above stables. We are a mile outside the historic village of Naul & 2 miles off the M1. We are 20 minutes to Dublin airport & 10 minutes from Balbriggan railway station. Naul is famous for the famous Irish musician Seamus Ennis. The thatched Centre named after him has wonderful food & many events throughout the week in the quaint theatre behind it. Across the road is the very welcoming authentic ‘Killian’s’ pub where they serve the best pint of Guinness !

Bright and airy studio. Newly refurbished in April 2020. Private outdoor patio. Conveniently located to the train and bus routes getting you in to Dublin City in around 20 minutes. Very close to the coast. Lovely walks towards Howth and Portmarnock and Malahide. Please note that the studio apartment is an extension to the rear of our house, it is not accessible to the house. Access via a side lane. Studio has private patio but we do have 3 young children who sometimes use the garden.

We moved here to get the best of both - coastal living with near/quick/late night public transport to the City and Airport - 20 mins, Howth marina/wkend market/hill/cafes/restaurants & pubs. We are 6 min walking distance from the Aviva Stadium and 10 min from RDS. The City Centre is within reach by DART in 13 min. Sandymount is a lovely small village with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, pharmacies and a Tesco supermarket. The nearby Sandymount Strand is reachable in 6 min by foot.
