We are in the country next to a blacktop road.This is a very laidback place , there are farm animals across the road at our farm. This was my moms farm house and I just want people to enjoy it as much as she did. We are close to Kincaid Lake, the local winerie, the World Shooting Complex, and hiking trails (Piney Creek Revenue). Come and enjoy a day fishing or just sitting on the back deck enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Later build a fire and sit back and relax. Come and enjoy the country.

Home is limited to 1 pet under 30lbs Backyard fully fenced No additional guest or visitors are allow with out prior approval. No parties or social gatherings at any time. 1/2 bath 1st floor full bath second floor 1/2 bath 3rd floor Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Games and movies for the kids. Two bicycles , Fishing poles, Karaoke, Mrs. Pac Man mini arcade game, movie projector, Hot tub and gazebo for outside including a stamped brick patio for serving dinner .

This an animal lovers get away. We are a 60 animal farm that offers you a unique petting zoo experience in the country. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the big country back porch, cook dinner or watch a movie in the old silo, enjoy a lantern lite bon fire from the rustic cabin, play the slots or enjoy your favorite drink at our rustic barn bar. Guest have the whole upstairs , 2 loft rooms of the barndominium with your own bathroom and shower on main floor. Area is seperate from host area.

Come enjoy a peaceful stay in this cozy 3 bed 2 bath home! You will see a lot of wildlife just from the kitchen and living room windows. At the moment there is no internet but a smart tv that you connect a hotspot to and stream Netflix, Hulu etc if you wish. There is a gas grill along with a full kitchen. Minutes away from Sparta World Shooting and Recreation Complex and Pyramid State Park. 30 miles from Rend and Kinkaid Lake.
