2 Bed/1 Bath Guest Suite

I'm happy to host you & your pets! My home is in a safe, quiet neighborhood away from busy streets, 15 miles south of Salt Lake International Airport. The guest area is the main level, 900 square feet. I don't charge cleaning fees. Kids ages 2-12 will be declined for their safety, no exceptions. I live in the separated basement with my dog; we don't go into the guest space. Stays 28+ days require a signed lease. Front yard unavailable through October ‘26 Backyard unavailable through October ‘27

This stylish place to stay is perfect for families or small groups. Close to the mountains downtown Salt Lake City, this space accommodates visitors looking for proximity to everything. Two bedrooms, a spacious living room, and kitchenette make this basement apartment feel like home. We often hear the comment "this is so spacious" :) It's difficult for the pictures to do it justice. Host family lives above. *note that 10/12-10/24 we will be traveling so there will be no upstairs occupants!*
