Sip your coffee on the deck and maybe the local moose, elk or deer will pay you a visit. Wildlife you won’t miss- mosquitoes. Enjoy your stay in our mosquito-less mountain.

Take it easy at this relaxing getaway on our 35-acre family farm. Enjoy mountain views, onsite hiking trails, a playground, & hang out with alpacas, sheep, goats and chickens. You'll stay in our basement apartment with a private entrance, bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette/living room, desk, & closet. 📌Please Note: you’ll have the entire basement to yourselves, but we live upstairs with our toddler. ~15 min drive to Royal Gorge Bridge & Park + Railroad ~20 min to Cañon City (for groceries & gas)

My river property is located right on the edge of the Arkansas river in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. The property is comfortably accessed by the highway with ample parking for 4 automobiles. At the same time there is 1200’of private river access with a large comfortable access via boating and wading. Our property is really all about the river. In the spring, summer and fall the river can really be moving. This provides an ideal place to relax and enjoy the sounds, birds and pastoral scene.
